Let’s talk about lenses. The main lens I want to wear is the one I can see you clearly with, and you feel seen. However, we can understand through some frameworks that help you see yourself in a new light, understand yourself with fresh perspective, all in service of having a valuable therapy experience.
Here you can read about some of my favorites. They are the “theoretical orientations” that I am drawn to because I find them most helpful for myself and my clients. When they don’t feel helpful, when you don’t connect, we pivot and work in a way that prioritizes your comfort and ease.
I work relationally, with presence, flexibility, and improvisation.
