I am a Sonoma County Native who has transitioned a few times between my rural roots and urban environments. I am grateful to be home and contributing to my community through therapeutic work.

The constant in my life has been interest in humans and our relationships. My original goal as a therapy client in my 20s was to improve the relationship with myself so I’d have healthy and expansive relationships with others. I am the third child in a fiercely intellectual family. It took me years to honor my natural emotional intelligence and the gifts of an intuitive, empathetic, sensitive, and non-judgmental temperament. My choice to become a therapist was the culmination of a winding and entrepreneurial professional path that included bodywork in Pilates and Alexander Techniques, voiceover, and restaurant work. The opportunity to become a therapist was right-timed, fortunate, and followed years of struggle, and healing, with a chronic illness. I come to you with deep gratitude that we can spend time together, and a personal appreciation for the unexpected ways life unfolds.

I currently live and work in Sebastopol, CA. And I enjoy seeing clients from all over CA through telehealth.
